Before CTG, I spent years building and running managed services for companies like Google, YouTube, Netflix, and TikTok — designing the delivery systems, integrating automation into the workflows, and making sure it all kept running at scale.
I work across the full stack: Claude, GPT, Power Automate, UiPath, n8n — and I run my own local AI infrastructure on hardware I built myself. When I say I understand how this technology works, I mean I’ve shipped it in production, not just read about it.
I started CTG because I kept seeing the same gap. The businesses that need AI the most — the restaurant, the dental office, the contractor — are the ones getting left behind. Big agencies won’t touch them. SaaS platforms hand them a login and say good luck. Nobody is actually doing the work for them.
So that’s what CTG does. I sit down with owners and set up AI on their real business — built around how they actually work, their busywork, their tools — and then I teach them to run it themselves. No pitch deck, no black box. You leave knowing how to use it, and you own everything we build.

We don’t hand you a login and wish you luck. I sit down with you and set up Claude on your real business — your busywork, your tools, your SOPs — then teach you to run it. You leave using it, and you own everything we build.

The big agencies charge $3,000–10,000 a month and target companies doing $2M+. We work with the 1–10 employee business doing $300K–$1.5M — the restaurant, the dental office, the roofer, the real estate agent. The ones who need help the most and get ignored the most. That’s our lane.
