Meet Charlie Cubillas
I started Cubillas Technology Group because I saw the same pattern everywhere: businesses hearing about AI, experimenting with ChatGPT, maybe trying a few tools — and then getting stuck. The gap between “AI is interesting” and “AI is working for my business” is real, and most companies don’t have the in-house expertise to cross it.
That’s where CTG comes in. I’ve spent years building and managing AI systems — not just playing with them, but deploying agents that handle real work, integrating them into real workflows, and keeping them running day after day. I know what works because I’ve built it, broken it, and rebuilt it.
CTG isn’t a big consulting firm with generic playbooks. It’s a focused team that knows AI inside out and cares about getting it right for each client. We’re based in South Florida, we work with businesses of all sizes, and we don’t believe in selling you something you don’t need.
